Although I've never celebrated St. Patrick's Day, many of my more fun-loving friends make a point of partaking in many of the holiday's traditions, even though most of them are not Irish. Come March 17, they drink pints of Guinness, eat corned beef, wear green sweaters, watch the river turn green and attend the big parades. I had them in mind when I put together this design. With one exception, none of these pieces on their own have anything to do with the holiday, but when grouped together it feels very festive and it makes me want to sit down and have a pint of Guinness.
