Lighter colored beach glass and white chunks of tile only work in my photographs when I use a dark background, so I save them up until I have enough to make an image. In this case I used some concentric round cutouts I'd created from an old poster board, starting with the smallest one and then overlaying the larger ones as I moved forward. I didn't imagine it would turn out this way, but I see a full moon and a crescent moon in the design.
