There's a lot going on here, and I wrote extensively about it on a Facebook post, but here's the gist of it: The visual of a bunch of dinosaurs, with the larger ones viewing their perceived sense of superiority as a license to chase down and devour the smaller ones, felt to me like a universal truth, and the title of a John Prine song seemed to sum things up perfectly.
